  • Bake at 145°C (top and bottom heat) for about 45min

• expanded amaranth 30g

• apple 100g.

  • protein supplements isolate any flavor

  • erythritol 20g

  • cinnamon

Preparation :

  1. Wash the apple, and cut it into cubes.
